Quanta reads your sources
Policies, registers, slide decks, notes and system exports. Quanta recognises the things in them and how they relate, and keeps a link back to every source.
Quanta turns your documents, registers and systems into one governed model of your enterprise. Agents keep it current, people approve every change, and every diagram, report and answer is generated from it.
Managed service or in your own Azure Read-only access for everyone included Your model stays exportable
Why Quanta
What your organisation knows lives in documents, spreadsheets and people’s heads. It starts out right, then quietly stops being true. Quanta is built so that it stays true.
“Which diagram is the current one?”
Diagrams are generated from the model, so they cannot drift from it. There is only ever one current picture.
“The register was right in March.”
Every record has an owner, a history and a freshness. Agents flag what has gone stale and draft the fix for a person to approve.
“Every tool has its own version of the truth.”
One governed model feeds every view, report and conversation, so they all agree at the same moment.
“We tried AI. We could not trust what it changed.”
Agents propose and people approve. Nothing is applied without independent sign-off, and every step is on the record.
How it works
You do not start from a blank canvas. Quanta starts from what you already have and does the heavy lifting, while your people make the decisions.
Policies, registers, slide decks, notes and system exports. Quanta recognises the things in them and how they relate, and keeps a link back to every source.
Findings arrive as change packages that say what changes and why. They are validated first, then approved by someone independent of whoever proposed them.
Ask a question in plain language, or open a heat map, matrix or diagram. Every view and every answer comes from the same governed model, with its sources one click away.
The platform
Diagrams, process flows, matrices, heat maps and history are all views of one network of records, so all of them are right at the same moment.
Qubiq, the assistant, cites the records behind every answer. Anyone can follow the trail back to the source.
Each audit record links to the one before it, so any alteration of history can be detected.
Platform, patterns and industry vocabularies are maintained for you. Updates beneath never overwrite your work.
How it is drawn, who may see it and which standards apply are facets of the concept, so they travel with it.
Four domain packs ship with Quanta. Each is governed content, so new frameworks and vocabularies are added without new software.
A graph of records and relationships with import and export built in, aligned with open vocabularies.
Trust by construction
Quanta does not ask you to trust the repository. The same rule holds for every change, whoever or whatever proposes it, and it is enforced by the platform, not by policy documents.
An agent or a person states what changes and why, with evidence.
AISteward agentRules, duplicates and completeness are checked before anyone is asked to approve.
ValidationThe proposer can never approve. Assistants never approve. A different person does.

Questions
No. Quanta starts from the documents, registers and exports you already have. It proposes records and relationships from them, with a link back to each source, and your team approves what goes in.
Never. Agents and the Qubiq assistant can only propose. Every change is validated and then approved by a person who is independent of whoever proposed it. Assistants cannot approve or apply anything.
Your choice. Quanta runs as a managed service, or in your own Microsoft Azure environment under your controls. We work with you on the arrangement your obligations require.
Quanta’s model is defined as governed content, so frameworks and vocabularies arrive as data rather than software. Your terms sit alongside reference vocabularies, and the platform aligns with open standards such as W3C PROV and SKOS.
Yes. The model is a graph of records and relationships with export and import built in, so it maps onto common exchange formats. Your model stays yours.
By capacity, on an annual subscription, not per seat. Read-only access for your wider organisation is included. See plans.

Two ways in. Both end with a model you can trust and a team that knows how to keep it that way.
